New library space

I'm excited to tell you that the school has designated a bright, spacious room for the new library.  Leigh and I met with the Headmaster Msagati and Lambert to review the space this afternoon.  Lambert is one of the school managers and will be in charge of building out the space over the next few weeks.

The administration is getting very excited about the project, and discussing logistics about bookshelf height, reading corner placement and reception table orientation reinforced that this project is real!  Lambert will be working with a carpenter over the next week to finalize the design and room remediation list.

All of the children are currently on Christmas break until January 3.  Our plan is to have an opening to coincide with the students' return.
